Beneficiation Technology

The processing techniques, equipment, and innovations applied to upgrade mineral ores to higher-grade or higher-value products. Technologies include dense media separation, jig gravity separation, magnetic separation, froth flotation, hydrometallurgical leaching, sensor-based sorting, and advanced classification systems. In iron ore, high-intensity magnetic separation processes low-grade fines; in gold, gravity and flotation circuits dominate.
