The amount of the penalties set forth in this Code may be adjusted by joint order of the Ministers responsible for Mines and Finance in order to reflect changes in financial and economic conditions in the Republic of Guinea.
The penalty regulation provided for in this Code, are published in the Official Gazette and on the official Website of the Ministry in charge of Mines, or any other site designated by the Minister.
