Offences under this Code and its implementing provisions are recorded by Judicial Police Officers, sworn Agents of the National Mining Authority and all other Agents specially appointed for this purpose.
Reports drawn up by the persons mentioned and authorised under this Article shall be deemed to be authentic unless proven otherwise.
