The Operator must, upon ceasing the operation of a Deposit where recoverable reserves remain, leave the Deposit in a condition that will allow operations to be resumed in a rational manner. Should the Operator fail to do so, the necessary works are to be performed by the National Mining Authority at such operator’s expense.
