The quantities and qualities of mining resources for export as well as petroleum products imported by the mining companies must be subject to close inspection by the competent departments of the Ministry in charge of Mines in partnership with the Standards and Metrology Institute.
Any vessel carrying mining products for export or delivering petroleum products is subject to mandatory technical inspection. Discrepancies must be justified under the assessment of the relevant competent departments of the State.
