Article 186: Declaration of Import and Export of Precious Materials

The import and export of gold is subject to prior notification to the BCRG. The import and export of Precious Stones and other Gemstones are subject to prior notification to the BNE.

These import and export operations must, in all events, be carried out in the presence of a representative of the General Directorate of Customs.
