The Mining operation permit for Quarry Substances whose operation requires significant investment in excess of an amount fixed by regulation and for which the share of production for export represents at least fifty per cent (50%), or for which annual extraction exceeds thirty thousand (30,000) m³, may apply to the competent agency that its authorisation be reclassified as be an Industrial and Semi-industrial Mining Operation permit and enjoy all the fiscal and customs benefits in the phases of construction and operation indicated in Chapters VIII to XI of Title V in this Code.
