No individual may obtain or hold a Mining Title or Authorisation:
- where such individual’s status would be incompatible with the conduct of commercial activities;
- if such individual has been sentenced to jail for breaches of the provisions of this Code or its implementing regulations;
- if such individual’s application does not meet the requirements of this Code or its implementing regulations.
