Promotional Zones are created within the Republic of Guinea within which a national public operator (the Public Limited Company responsible for the management of the mineral patrimony, the National Geological Authority, National Geo-services Authority or any equivalent public authority), acting directly or indirectly, will carry out prospecting work, the results of which will be made publically available in accordance with this Code.
