In cases where it is necessary to perform work in order to either connect adjoining Mines to each other for the purpose of their ventilation or water drainage or to open channels for aeration, water drainage, transport or emergency service for adjoining Mines, the holders of Mining Title cannot object to the execution of this work and are required to participate in same, each in proportion to its interest.
