The holder of an Exploration Permit is entitled to freely dispose of products extracted in the course of its exploration and assays, provided that these works do not fall within operation activities and provided that said disposal is declared to the National Mining Authority and that all the provisions of mining regulations concerning extracted mine substances are observed.
